Thanks to Nancy Parker for having him give the kickoff address at the 2007 Opera Conference! I'm energized to go back and work with my City Council on this type of collaborative initiative -- though Houston does have a very supportive mayor in Bill White. Seeing this video makes me feel like I attended the conference -- special thanks to David Yuen for making this possible! Denver is very lucky to have this wonderful mayor!
